The No More Excuses by Maria Kang is an well in dept book that catches the readers attention and helps those in a fitness journey or just any normal individual looking for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This book includes a variety of things including advices,ways to bust any excuse,learning how to keep track of your intakes, eating healthier, workouts ideas, training structures, and much more. While reading this book I got more enthusiastic in my own personal fitness journey. The Author made me realize that there are great ways to motivate yourself and to accomplish a certain goal that you desire. This book is a completed edition to me, in other words it has everything I need to start planning on my short term fitness journey or even for a long term fitness journey. The Author catches us with a S.P.E.E.D. Meaning Set the Goal, Plan the Attack, Envision the Journey, Execute the Plan, and Deliver the Results. This is a great way to write down your progress and start thinking toward your certain goals. If you follow her steps its guarantee you'll see progress in your Fitness Journey.This book has became a Motivator to me , it has helped me start a healthier lifestyle and has made me set plans for my journey. This book has it all for a Fitness Journey. It has Program rules, a variety of home workouts with pictures on how to do them, it has a section all about eating habits, eating healthier, and all about taking smaller portions. It gives a meal plan option and even has its own grocery list that indicates the amount of protein, carbohydrates, fats, and so much more . It even has a mini short quiz on stretches and posture. The book ranges from life experiences, healthy eating habits, workouts, action calendars, progress charts , the S.P.E.E.D. cycle, the S.T.R.I.V.E. cycle, and the S.C.O.R.E. Cycle and so much more . My favorite thing about reading this book was that it gave me ideas on how to plan out my food intakes, a variety of home workout  choices and overall a way to track my progress and proportion my food intakes. This book is highly recommended if you are a excuse maker, give up easily , need some motivation or trainer advice, or simply if you are trying to lose weight , maintain your weight, or live a healthier lifestyle. The No More Excuses Diet book is the one for you.
